10. Shahid Kapoor

 Shahid Kapoor was born on 25 February 1981. He is also known as Shahid Khattar. He is an Indian actor who appears in Hindi films. The son of actors Pnkaj Kapoor and Neelima Azeem, Kapoor was born in new Delhi. Kapoor made his film debut in 2003 with a leading role in the romantic comedy Ishq Wishq, a sleeper hit for which he won a filmfare award for best male debut. Kapoor earned nominations for the filmfare award for best male actor for portraying a troubled businessman in Imtiaz Ali's romantic comedy Jab We Met 2007, and twin brothers in Vishal Bhardwaj's caper thriller Kaminey 2009. After appearing in another series of box office flops, he starred in the action film R.....Rajkumar 3013, his highest grossing release. In 2014, Kapoor portrayed the Hamlet character in Bhardwaj's acclaimed drama haider for which he won the best actor award in filmfare. Two years later, he played a drug Abusing singer in the crime drama Udta Punjab, which won him the filmfare critics award for best actor. In his third collaboration with Vishal Bhardwaj, an epic romance set during World War II entitled Rangoon 2017, Kapoor played the part of a taciturn soldier who develops a romance with a film actress Kangana Ranaut.  The film received mixed reviews; Rajeev Masand turned the film '' Overlong '' indulgent to the point of exhaustion, but praised Kapoor for playing his part with remarkable maturity. As of March 2017, Kapoor is filming the part of Rana Rawal Ratan Singh, a 14th Century Rajisthani ruler, in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's historical drama Padmavati, Co-starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.



9. Ajay Devgan

 Ajay Devgan was born on 2 April 1969. He is an Indian film actor, director and producer. He is widely considered as one of the most popular actors of Hindi cinema, who has appeared in over a hundred Hindi films. Devgan has won numerous accolades, including two national film awards and four filmfare awards. In 2016, he was honoured by the government of India with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honour of the country. Devgan began his professional career with Phool Aur Kaantay 1991 and received a filmfare award for best male debut for his performance. He then starred in successful films such as Jigar 1992, Dilwale 1994, Suhag 1994, Naajayaz 1995, Diljale 1996 and Ishq 1997. In 2017, Devgn will feature in the sequel of Son Of Sardaar, which is based on the battle of Saragarhi, which is slated for diwali 2017 release.

 John Abraham was born on 17 December 1972. He is an Indian film actor, producer and a former model who appears in Hindi films. After modeling for numerous advertisements and companies, he made his film debut with Jism 2003, which earned him a filmfare best debut award nomination. This was followed by his first commercial success, Dhoom 2004. He received two filmfare award nominations, for his negative roles in Dhoom, and in Zinda 2006.    Ranveer Singh Bhavnani was born on 6 July 1985. He is an Indian film actor who appear in Hindi films. After completing a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Singh returned to India to pursue his career in Indian films. He made his acting debut in 2010 with a leading role in Yash Raj films romantic comedy Band Baaja Baarat. The film emergd as a critical and commercial success, earning Singh a Filmfare award in the best male debut category. Following a brief setback he rose to prominence with starring roles in the widely acclaimed romantic drama Lootera 2013, the tragic romance Goliyon Ki Raasleela Raam Leela 2013, the action drama Gunday 2014, and the comedy drama Dil Dhadaknay Do 2015. In 2016, Singh appeared in Aditya Chopra's comedy romance Befikre opposite Vaani Kapoor. In the film he played Dharam Gulati a Flirtatious Delhi Boy.   Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan credited by Salman Khan was born on 27 December 1965. He is an Indian actor, film producer, ttelevision personality, singer and philanthropist. In a film career, spanning more than twenty five years Salman Khan has received numerous awards, including two national film awards, as a producer, and two filmfare awards as an actor. Described by the CNN as one of the world's biggest stars, he has a sigificant following in Asia and the Indian diaspora worldwide and is cited in the media one of the most popular and commercially successful actors of Indian cinema. In addition to his acting career, Khan is a stage performer and an active humanitairian through his charity non-profit organization being human. With regarded to religion, Khan identifies himself as both Hindu and Muslim. Khan's first film of 2016 yet again another Eid release Sultan, directed by Ali Abbas zafar for Yash Raj films received positive reviews for both critics and the public breaking several box office records. The film oppened on an everage of 70 percent% audience occupancy and grossed approximately 36.54 crore on its opening day. The film also collected another 74.86 crore on its other weekend, bringing its total first week collections to an approximate of 208 crore. By the end of its second week, the film had grossed an estimated 278 crore and later became the second film of Khan to net over 300 crores. As of 9 August, the film grossed 583.23 crore Worldwide. In June 2017, Khan appeared in Tubelight his third collaboration with Kabir Khan after Eik Tha Tiger and Bhajrangi Bhaijaan. This film also starred Khan's real life brother Sohail Khan. Despite its high expectations, the film failed to maintain a strong run at the box office.

 Standing on the first position the most popular Bollywood male actor is Amir Khan.  Amir Khan was born 14 March 1965. He is an Indian film actor, director, and producer. He is the recipient of numerous awards including four national film awards and eight filmfare awards, as well as an academy award nomination. He was honoured by the government of India with the Padma Shri in 2003 and the Padma Bushan In 2010. Khan first appeared on screen as a child actor in his uncle Nasir Hussain's film Yaadon Ki Baarat 1973. His first feature film role came with the experimental film Holly 1984, and he began a full-career acting with a leading role with tragic romance Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak 1988. Khan's greatest commercial success came with thriller Ghajini 2008, the comedy drama 3 idiots 2009, the action film Dhoom 3 2013, the satire Pk 2014, and the sports biopic Dangal 2016, all of which held records for being the highest grossing Indian film of all time. Khan won his third filmfare award for best actor for Dangal, which also earned him one of the highest paydays for a non-Hollywood actor. In addition to being highly popular in India, he is also highly popular in overseas, particularly in China the second largest movie market.  He has created and hosted the television talk show Satyamev Jayate, through which he highlights sensitive social issues in India. Khan was married ti his first wife Reena Dutta, for fifteen years, after which he married the film director Kiran Rao. He has three children two with Dutta, and one with Rao through surrogacy. In 2017, academy of motion picture arts and sciences invited Khan for its membership.
